Neova.com will NOT provide or sell your information to anyone. All information you provide us is transmitted using a secure server (SSL).
Emails regarding order confirmation, package tracking, newsletters, and "my account", will be originating from the domain "email@example.com". To ensure you receive our emails, please add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to you list of approved senders.
Checkout & Order Confirmation
If you choose the Standard Checkout option, you will be transferred to our secure processing area where you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address. While in the secured area you will need to enter your Credit Card information or you may choose to use the "Call Our Customer Service Department" button. If you use the "call" option your order and secured contact information will be saved and you will be instructed to call us toll-free at 1-866-527-3765 (Hours listed below) to provide your credit card number.
Upon receipt of your order we will send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your order.
Note: ALL online orders with credit card information entered are charged immediately.
Shipping and Handling
Orders over $75.00 are eligible for FREE ground shipping.
Regular Shipping Charges
UPS Ground : $5.95
- Packages exceeding 3 (three) pounds will ship by ground service ONLY.
- All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, Alaska and Hawaii ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY.
- Signature is required for all orders over $200 USD.
- Track your shipment by tracking number or order number
- All delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Products that are in stock are shipped from warehouse next business day. Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If your order contains one of these items the entire order will be processed and shipped when the back-ordered products are available. If the item is going to be on back-order for an extended period of time we will separate your order and ship the products that are in stock to you. The backordered item will be shipped to you, at no additional cost, when it arrives back in stock.
Customers will be notified via email within 48 hours if a product is OUT OF STOCK.
Sales tax is applied or collected as is required by state law.

Neova.com wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the products, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for full refund less shipping and handling fee. We ask that you ship your un-used products back in a traceable method of shipping. Upon receipt, we will issue a full refund for the product price back to the method of payment you used to purchase.
To receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) please call us toll-free at 866-527-3765. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond during business hours with a return confirmation message and instruction for return.
Any returned shipments received back without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Upon receiving your package, we will process your refund to the method of payment you used when you placed your order.
