Seal Of Acceptance With The National Rosacea Society!

We’re bringing Ultimate Redness Relief to your attention after we caught the attention of the National Rosacea Society & were awarded its Seal of Acceptance.

While Dermatologists are still trying to figure out what exactly causes rosacea and its flare-ups, they tell us Ultimate Redness Relief goes the distance to calm irritation, reduce redness, and prevent that all too often flushing. What a relief it is, their patients say, to have the burning and stinging – and anxiety – under control.

NEOVA scientists believed rosacea was misunderstood. Considering it an inflammatory medical condition – not a cosmetic issue – was first and foremost in their studies but it was inseparable from their sensitivity to the stress and distress rosacea causes. A consequence they thought was needless and hard to bear -- the standpoints that became Ultimate Redness Relief.

In the last decade, rosacea has become an active area of research. Interestingly, it is now understood to be an inflammatory disorder – but in 2007 when NEOVA scientists were granted the patent for Ultimate Redness Relief, they stood alone believing rosacea was an abnormal activation of acute and chronic inflammatory responses in the immune system. And GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide Complex) was just the signaling peptide needed.

The Patent Office agreed with our scientists -- our ‘overachievers’-- after reviewing the clinical evidence showed that “ twice a day application of Ultimate Redness Relief reduced inflammatory lesions, taking symptoms from ‘mild’ to ‘almost clear’ within 12 weeks”*.

Since then, the scientific world has agreed that with a hyper-reactive immune system at its core, environmental triggers can incite an exaggerated immune response resulting in rosacea symptoms. The triggering of the natural immune response system induces a signaling cascade of inflammatory factors that lead to chronic inflammation and alters the state of blood vessels resulting in redness.

The Tell-Take Signs That Shout ‘Rosacea’

Rosacea is not the same for all, meaning some, rather than all, of the potential signs and symptoms may appear. Diagnostically, Dermatologists will look for:

-Persistent Redness, a stubborn sort of blush.

-Skin Thickening, commonly on the nose

-Flushing or facial redness accompanied by a sense of intermittent heat, warmth, or burning.

-Small red solid bumps or pus-filled pimples resembling acne

-Visible Blood Vessels on the cheeks, nasal bridge, and other areas of the central face.

-Eye Irritation, appearing as watery or bloodshot conditions, red and/or swollen eyelids, accumulated crusting around the eyelids or eyelashes.

Secondarily, there may be:

-Burning or Stinging on the face. Itching or a feeling of tightness is not unusual.

-Swelling & Elevated patches (plaques) in surrounding areas

-Dryness or Scaly, Roughness

There’s Not Just One Rosacea Form. It has Variants and Subtypes. 4 to be Exact.

The issue for dermatologists is determining which type of rosacea the symptoms fall into to make a diagnosis. Clouded by the fact that patients may have signs of more than one rosacea subtype at the same time and signs and symptoms vary from patient to patient, dermatologists have to consider all groups --- visually because there is no specific test for rosacea to guide them so it would not be unusual for the doctor to order tests to rule out other conditions that look similar to rosacea.

The subtypes are very medically sounding but there is no need to memorize or even pronounce them…we’ve simplified them for you, so if the doctor says it’s

-  Erythematotelangiectatic. It means that symptomatically, you’re feeling flushing and seeing persistent redness with or without ‘spider veins’ – those dilated or broken blood vessels on the surface that likely appear as fine pink or red lines, which temporarily fade when pressed.

- Papulopustular, means you have persistent redness with off-and-on bumps or pus-filled lesions or both.

- Phymatous, means your skin is showing signs of thickening with irregular and exaggerated surface abnormalities, appearing on the nose, chin, forehead, cheeks, or ears.

- Ocular, implicates your eyes. You may have a sensation there’s something in your eye, burning or stinging, dryness, itching, sensitivity to light, blurred vision, or swelling of the skin above or below the eye

Rosacea Is Complicated And, Yes It’s Incurable But It’s Highly Controllable. Let Us Count the Ways.

First, always treat your skin tenderly with topicals made especially for sensitive skin…like

NEOVA Ultimate Redness Relief with Copper Peptide Complex [CPC]+ DNA Repair.

Why is That?

- CPC is a proven anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-microbial. That takes care of known damaging influences.

- DNA repair protects from UV damage on contact. That looks after the major rosacea trigger.

How Can We Be So Sure GHK-Cu [Copper Peptide Complex] is Rosacea’s Best Caretaker?

Let’s talk about how it looks after your Stress and Distress with the power of its Anti-Inflammatory Action.

You see, inflammation itself is not directly responsible for pain; rather, it is the cascade of events associated with inflammation that contribute to unwelcome sensations.

Studies show GHK “delivers an adequate amount of GHK-Cu through the skin to reduce anxiety, and pain sensation by inhibiting sensitizing pain receptors and inflammation in the recovering areas” **-

Stats:

-         Increases receptor control of proteins involved in the regulation of pain sensitivity by 150%

-         Regulates indulgence in and the release of stress hormone disturbances by 190%

And, of course, there’s the celebrated Wound Healing Action of GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide Complex).

It accelerates the repair of damaged skin and builds a strong moisture barrier, calming and soothing irritated skin to help prevent resulting redness.

Twice a day application of Ultimate Redness Relief reduced inflammatory lesions by 70% and subjects further showed a 50% decrease of inflammatory lesions, erythema, and telangiectasias”*

What Else?

According to dermatologists and the National Rosacea Society, the triggers for flares are varied and often unique but they estimate 80% of rosacea sufferers report sun exposure as number 1.

Getting hold of the right sunscreen – one that is broad-spectrum to protect from UVA/UVB, fragrance and oil-free, and clinically validated as non-allergenic, non-sensitizing tested, and non-irritating …like

NEOVA SilcSheer 2.0. Aside from the fact it meets all the checkpoints, it’s equipped with a universal tint that helps minimize visible redness, too.

One last thing, your cleanserIt’s key to removing environmental irritants, bacteria, and microorganism contaminants.

The one of choice is NEOVA CU3 GENTLE CLEANSER with Copper Peptide Complex®. It’s fragrance-free, rinses off completely with water leaving no residue, maintains moisture, and is pH balanced protecting the skin barrier from upset. All in all, it’s perfect.
