Shipping Policy

All Domestic Orders ship via UPS 2nd day. If your order is under $100, the shipping cost is $6.95 for domestic shipments, and FREE if your order is over $100.
Please note, orders may take 1-2 days for processing in addition to the advised shipping timelines below.
International orders are fulfilled through Shopify, where you can choose your shipping method based on what is available in your area (UPS or DHL) shipping rates will vary.
All International orders are subject to additional monetary duties and fees upon delivery of your order. NEOVA SmartSkincare is not aware of what the duties and fees are before your order arrives to you. International orders can not be left at the door as the duties and fees need to be collected before your package is turned over to you.
