Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.888.966.1010 between the hours of 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday to arrange your return and issuance of an RMA (returned materials authorization) number and return instructions. You may also contact Customer Service if you are dissatisfied with your product.
We determine your 30-day time frame by verifying the date of delivery. We ask that you ship the returned product using a traceable method of shipping. Upon receipt, we will issue either a full refund for unopened product or ship your replacement product as applicable.
Returns initiated outside the 30 days will not be accepted. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has requested returns repeatedly.
